This is the greatest hotel I’ve stayed at in New York. From arrival, Esther made sure all of our needs were met. The tables outside the hotel were magical for coffee in the morning I sure do miss those tables. Very quiet very clean very nice hotel. My wife and I were very inquisitive about areas and food in the neighborhood and the doorman Orlando was very professional and kind. We will see you next year for sure. Miss you guys already.

Beautiful interior. Staff was so helpful and friendly. Live music in the lobby along with a bar and cafe and connected to Serafina for dining. Decent gym for a workout and great walking distance to restaurants and bars. I really loved this neighborhood- safe and there was a parking garage across the street ( I know that’s not a worry for New Yorkers) but my brother drove in from Virginia and we did not know parking was so tough to find. Location to garage was amazing.

The room with a balcony was absolutely huge! It was quiet, nice drapes to block out the sun. The bed and pillows were very comfy! And the room was cleaned daily to perfection. Conveniently located close to the subway. Will def. stay here again.

Positive: Suited my needs for an overnight stay while in the city for a concert. Location was right where I needed to be. Some nice art in the lobby area - 'Arthouse' is not just a clever name. Negative: The only real concern was that there was a used bar of soap in the shower which made me question how thoroughly the shower had been cleaned. The rest of the bathroom and room overall appeared to be cleaned properly.
