We didn't stay unfortunately my daughter tested positive for covid, but the front desk manager nick was understanding and amazing and canceled our reservation the same day without a fee.

Wasn't sure of what to make of a Caribbean restaurant in the heart of Dubai but was amazed upon entry, it represented the Caribbean and especially the island of Jamaica well, the ambiance is nice work of art, the vibe is great , staff very friendly and the food is good, a little cozy but well worth the visit

After a horrible day of travel, I was looking forward to getting a few hours of sleep in a hotel before my next flight out in the morning. From start to finish this was one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced. The front desk staff was extremely rude, greeting me with a cold “what” as I walked up to the desk. Once I got to my room I realized the door would not lock properly, which is a major safely concern. After barricading the door, I tried to get a few hours of sleep but felt so dirty based in the conditions of the room. They promised a breakfast in the morning but unfortunately breakfast is not early enough to accommodate those with morning flights, which seems odd as they are an airport hotel and should cater towards all clientes flying in and out at all times.

I will start by stating that the staff was professional at all times. In the morning the staff was able to assist with the to-go continental breakfast bags. The check in process was lengthy as there was only one member available to assist a line of guest. Be ready for a 10-20min wait time so leave your baggage in the car if you can. Speaking of car, parking is not free. When booking, it didn't share this information and street parking is impossible eapecially with the neighboring hotels and being right off the a major highway and side way from the airport. The windows are not sealed meaning you can open the window. There is no safety gate or guard at these windows so be careful with your children. So outside the rate of the room, NY taxes, hotel fees including incidental fees, and parking, you price can easily double or so #epending on how many nights are to your stay. The TV was a little problematic. It had smart options but they didn't work. You where not able to plug in your personal laptop or steaming device as there was a tempering device at the ports. The automatic lights in the bathroom and hallway can be annoying. The bed wasn't comfortable because it is a flat springy mattress and it was pushing into my back so it was hard to sleep. Lastly, the air was stuffy in the room and hallway. Going outside was 100% better or being on the ground floors so maybe a ventilation situation that needs attention. The only good in my eyes was customer service. The rooms and the location was clean. The hotel is at a very convenient location. The Holiday Inn is trusted, classy and comfortable. I was happy with this location.

JFK doesn't have any hotel affiliations but ithis is a decent place to rest your head.
Yes! They have scheduled shuttles that I believe run every 30 minutes, but that can be more frequent depending on time of day, & number of incoming flights or airport traffic in general. Hope you enjoy NYC. We ❤ her!
it scheduled 1time 1 hour but u can use another shuttle bus which is transferred by near the hotels It's free
