Indescribable! Big mistake we didn’t read the reviews 1st. Cassandra Cyrius just made it short & simple. Nessa Fox, agreed with the kind of customer service & suggestion to close this hotel down. When we check in here before we were charged $120.00 for a night stay. Today was $175.00 but when I went down to pick up coffee I overheard the young Asian Indian at the Front Desk asking for $140.00 for an incoming guest. So, I asked why? The simple answer with lack of apology is “They kept on changing” really? What can we do? I guess none so; I opted to jot this down. Go find another one or join us here after your own experienced. I am not racist in mentioning her race because I am Asian too!

After I checked in and went to my room, I discovered that the door DID NOT LOCK!!!....I went down and talked to the guy at the front desk...who told me not to worry because no one would go into my room. I asked for a differnt room...and he told me no more were availible. I went back to the room and got on my computer to find a different hotel...then went downstairs and asked for a refund. He told me he was not authorized to give refunds....I stayed in the hotel...because I did not have another $200 to spend on another hotel. I barely slept....and had to push the dresser in front of the door whenever I was in the room...and when I tried to sleep. I called and complained to Choice Customer Service....basically was told they couldn't do anything about it because the hotel is a franchise. The manager emailed me and let me know that he was going to have maintenance fix the door and offered me a 20% discount the next time i want to stay there....WHO WANTS TO STAY IN THAT PLACE?????????

This was a terrible experience! We had no other place to go, due to all the hotels/motels being booked....The service was awful! So rude and unsocial. Smelled like urine and linens were soiled. Because of the multiple graduations in the area, they inflated their rate too. We paid a ridiculous amount for a room that was gross. Where is Undercover Boss? I would not want my name associated with this place!
