The rooms are great. Spacious and clean, I like this area way much better that on the other side of Times Square (east side of Times Square) very calm during the day and night. They told me that if I registered as a member they would give me a higher bedroom, later check out and waive the early check in fee. included breakfast was fine, in the lobby. Nothing big.

The location is excellent. If you are looking for good value for price this is for you. We found it clean and well air-conditioned (during heat warning in May) . If you are looking for a luxury stay this is not for you. I heard some guests complaining that the breakfast is not appealing but we found it ok. It helped us save time in the morning and have more time to explore the city. We would have plenty of time during the day to try other eats anyways. I liked this hotel overall and would stay again if I plan another visit.

This property is a solid performer. Convenient location, close to Tommy Bahamas or Valerie for a great happy hour. And quickly walkable to Grand Central or Times Square. It's not fancy schmancy. The rooms are quite neutral in color with nothing on the walls. The lobby and halls are unremarkable. But....the rooms still are near perfect for solo or couple travelers. My room, although small, was clean, fresh (meaning it was recently updated) and appointed with the must haves...fluffy towels and wash cloths, an iron, a coffee maker and a functioning remote. My king bed was comfortable and ya' gotta' love an adjustable shower head. I'm talkin' telescoping, so good for all heights. And this shower would easily accommodate 6'3". Sorry I forgot to snap pics for this one.

WARNING: DO NOT STAY HERE!!! If I could give it 0 star I would. We stayed here for four nights. Someone tried to enter our room on the second and third day, aggressively pushing and banging on our door. The hotel only offers house keeping service upon request but we never requested it. My friend who stayed at a different room had his jacket (with valuables in the pocket) and a pair of pants stolen from his room on the second day. We filed a complaint with hotel management but they denied responsibility and refused to check security footage. They kept saying that they will “look into it” but pushed it off till the last day and told us to wait for an email when we’re checking out. This is a shady hotel where staff members can enter your room without permission and deny responsibility when your belongings are stolen. The hotel management is dodgy and you should NOT feel safe staying here. Oh, and our room did not have a coffee machine. We asked for it on the first night as soon as we arrived, then multiple times throughout our stay and even though they said they will “send it up to our room asap” it never happened. Overall, it’s a horrible experience and I would NOT recommend anyone visiting NYC to stay here.
