Great little hotel! Caught a concert at Coney Beach and this spot was conveniently close by! Rates were good, room was nice! Some split level rooftop parking too which was legit.

First thay didn’t tell as room will be in basement. We paid and Thay give as for 3 people only 1 bed. It was in basement and smiled very bad. I asked to change room. Thay said we don’t have any room. I asked cancel it. Thay said only booking.com can cancel. Called Booking. Thay said it’s ok. Booking send cancellation request. But hotel Menejer said thay don’t have acsess to Gmail 🤗. And menejer tell me you have 2 options. 1 . We can cancel it but not refund. 2 . We can give you different room with 2 bed but you have to pay $100 more. I checked on booking 1 and 2 beds rooms was same price. I paid 100 more. No choose. Also I can’t slip all night. Mattress was very awful.

It's clean. Staff is friendly. Great location, we found parking easily.

This hotel doesn't provide a microwave but it has a small refrigerator. They do provide breakfast and that was pretty good. Parking is limited but free if you can get a spot.

Not much parking at all...like 15 spots total between two little lots There is street parking but its almost always full
There should be separate facility there. Ask the reception. It's a law in many states in USA
