Kiki the bartender was the best part of our stay. Vivian the manager went exactly the nicest. Very hard to see/find from the street, when I called to inquire where to go for valet parking they were a bit rude. It was my first and last stay there.

I go dancing here one Friday out of the month with Chicago New York Steppers. It's always a great time because they have the best dance floor. Never tried the food but everyone else eats and drinks so it must be good. I do buy water and sometimes a snack and those are reasonably priced. Staff treat you nice and they become friends after awhile. When I planned my grandmothers' wedding, I chose Aloft. We cancelled because of the pandemic but the event planners were professional and personable.

extremely rude service. refused to modify my reservation for a mistake when they easily could have. this hotel doesn't know the first thing about "hospitality", they are more about stealing money through cheap tricks. better options around.

Great location in Harlem. Ready to get everywhere on the subway. Good food options nearby. Rooms are on the small side, but very comfy. A good base for exploring the city
