My cat was lost for a few days and I became desperate. The next appointment was not for a couple of days out so I asked if she could squeeze me in earlier. She got me in the same day and gave me a ton of insight and tools to find my cat. Upon calling i had every intention to take her words with a grain of salt knowing it may or may not be true. However once i began the call, all i had to say was the direction i would like the conversation to be led in, and then she did all the work after that.
