This place is highly unprofessional. I bought my first car from them Aug 2021 and it is still not running properly. It has been broken since the second i brought it home and they told me they would “make it right”. I was going to trade it in for a different car, but they were only offering cars that were in worse shape than my current car and promised that they could fix it. They have sent me to to 4 different shops, none which gave me an answer to why my car is acting up. This whole thing is extremely frustrating. Every time we call them and ask for Tina they say that she is on the other line or is gone and that she will give us a call back. Well surprise, surprise she still has not given us a call back and we have called every day for almost 2 weeks straight. They have screwed me over time and time again. This place is extremely sketchy and i bet you could find a better car elsewhere. I do not recommend going through them.

Came to CarHop because I saw the low down payment advertised online, and I read the reviews and it sounded like it would work for me!! Derek & Tina were awesome it was quickly taken care of and I left the same day in my new vehicle! With my limited income I really had doubt but they certainly came through! Thank you ever so much, CARHOP!!

Last month we went in to get a second vehicle after several places telling us no we can’t help you and Derrick was able to get us into a car despite our credit, 2 weeks later our clutch went out and we weren’t going to be able to afford to live, make the car payment and repair it so we were going to turn the vehicle back over to them luckily they were able to work something out for us so we could keep the vehicle and get it fixed. So overall we had more then a 5 star experience with both the salesman and the finance team. Thank you so much I would strongly recommend them to anyone and will go back and trade up in a year or so.

WARNING BUYER BEWARE The car they sold me had issues from day two. So many that it feels like they bought this car at auction and only cleared the codes so engine lights were not on during the test, no repair or maintenance was done by them at all. Even the engine oil was black. Now they are denying work that I feel should be covered under warranty leaving me with huge repair bills for a car I just got into. And to add insult to injury I've been having to borrow a car while my car sits and waits for their warranty department to finally communicate back to the shop resulting in at least 3 solid weeks of my car I just got just sitting waiting for carhop to accept or deny repairs. It's like I don't even have a car and I'm worse off for having ever chosen car hop.

CarHop has its own finance company, so we make it fast and easy for people with ALL types of credit (good, bad or no credit) to get approved and driving today.
Yes but the most you would be paying for a down payment is like 750. At least that's what it was for me. I didn't have any credit either.
Rules vary by state, so check with a local store. You will need a licensed driver to drive the car home and for any test drives, so be sure to bring a friend or family member along.
Hi Gunner - We will pass this feedback on to our team!
We may be able to help! Give us a call.
Yes! My friend got it at $0 down where else I got it at $100 down. Depends on your income
We have a wide variety of hand-selected used cars, SUVs, vans and trucks.
All CarHop vehicles include an 18 month, 18,000-mile limited warranty.
You can apply in the store or online at approval.carhop.com
You'll need to talk to your account rep or the branch manager and have them look at the details of your account. Thanks!
Basically you use the one you have now as a trade in.
They make it very easy to pay the bill online, yes there's a small fee, but at least you can pay the bill.
To sum it up really quick. 3500 something or lower and you cant choose what you want during the upgrade. The cars you get to choose are the ones that you are approved for, for the second tier of vehicles.
As low as zero down
