I should have read all the reviews prior to booking. I booked this hotel 6 months in advance for a college graduation. Days before checkin I was called by the hotel to tell me my room was cancelled. The front desk girl was extremely rude, hung up on me and when I called back, would not let me speak to the supervisor. I eventually spoke to the supervisor and was able to get my room back. I could go on and on about this awful experience, the no air conditioner in the room, the run down look of the premises, and not giving me my License back after check in or check out. I called the day after and they confirmed they still had my license and was going to mail it out, it's now been 3 weeks, despite my many calls and complaints, I still don't have my license. Very Poor management and staff alike. I have also reported this Corporate even though I was told that this is a private owned facility. stay away....do not book at this hotel.

It's just old. It needs a total overhaul. And, there is so much chlorine in the "water park" that it permeates your room. If you are just in town for a job for a few days and can tolerate chlorine permeating your eyeballs? Go for it. The beds are comfortable. (Although I had a few bites on my legs). I mean, there are definitely worse hotels in the area and it's convenient. But, if you want to watch TV, bring your own firestick.

I would never go back to this place. I had already pay the weekend n they kids were excited i couldn't take that from them. But we waited almost an hour to get passes for the pool, they can't be purchased before only 30 minutes before the water park opens. No discount even if they made us wait that long in line which we only enjoy 2 hours of the pool instead of the 3 you pay to get my windows had mold in them my toddler had to be put in the shower right after getting there because he got on the window and got white dust or something all over his hands face n clothes. I never got my security deposit back even though I left the room like it was given to me is been almost 2 weeks now. They need more organization, better customer service and clean the rooms better definitely not worth the 115 a night i pay for plus the 80 for the pool n 65 deposit almost 400 dollars waisted in this place over 2 days.. never again if you see that the pool is included in your package don't trust it either mines said it was but i had to pay extra. Oh and the lifeguard was on her phone full on clothes sweatpants, jackets shoes n eating how was she supposed to save a person from drowning if she ain't even paying attention to the pool

Room Quality First room - suppose to be nonsmoking and smelled awful do smoke. Had to move three little kids at 9:30pm after their lungs were literally hurting. This room had hair in the bathroom sink when we first came in (we cleaned), the corner of the ceiling and peeling paint, the outlet on the side of the bed was cracked and unsafe. Second room - did not smell of smoke, had broken and unsafe outlets, trash in drawers and behind dresser, no sitting table like in previous room, used floss on floor, rug stretched and creased throughout the room, shower head leaked and make loud noises, no hot water in the evening, only one batter in mini split remote, no remote in the room for the television. No continental breakfast, as advertised. Hotel offered a few items at the front desk instead (bars, pop tarts, bruised apples) Smoke smell was clear in a couple hallways (non smoking areas). Pot smell was also very apparent in hotel sections around certain rooms. Booking & Charging - Tried to change dates due to expected snow storm. Choice and front desk couldn’t change, aside from noting it in the booking. Ended up doing two separate booking, double security deposit, and lots of unclear charging. I am still trying to get the charges cleared up, as we were way overcharged with the incorrect booking. No responses from manager via email or phone yet. Water park - we chose the hotel for this purpose. One child wasn’t tall enough (1/2in too short) for slides and therefore didn’t use facility at all because he was so bummed. We were charged anyway for he and the adult that took him to the room and didn’t use it either. The water park area was a hazard and very dangerous. There was one person checking people in and one life guard (overwhelmed and frustrated) trying to run the slides and watch the entire pool and splash area. Two young kids almost drown in the 1 1/2 hours I was there with my other two kids. They parents had to jump in and save them. Kids were coming down the slide and hitting each other, not moving from the bottom or giving space between, kids were running all over on the deck, ropes broke around the water slide and were at one point pulled/tied and kids were going into the right ropes at the bottom of the slide (dangerous and huge liability). I spoke to the lifeguard, who was frustrated and overwhelmed with her hands full and not being able to control the situation, expressed how dangerous things were, and then took my kids back to them room and left to ensure their safety.
