Horrifying loud squeaky elevator, smelly carpet, dirty countertop… worst of all: a bad quality frying pan that cut my thumb bleeding with its sharp lump inside… Just a very terrible stay for me.

Not nearly clean and well-kept enough for the price. Shower curtain was too long and stained; towels looked liked someone had handled them hastily; pillows didn't smell too fresh; no plastic ice bag (I use them for covering remotes), among other issues. The lobby staff were amicable and there was a small 5-pack of alcohol wipes in the room, which was cool, but I would not stay here again.

My room was incredible! Super clean and comfortable. Breakfast was awesome and staff was amazing 👍. Thanks for being part of a great softball weekend!

The staff was friendly and the main floor was well kept. The first room we were given had a awful smell in the room but we were able to change rooms. The next room smelled normal and saved us from a long weekend of a bad smell. Food was decent in the morning. Would recommend if needing to stay if attending The Big E. Would recommend to families traveling or people staying with a need for a kitchenet.
