Too small for the price, walls make loud knocking sounds and being on the 1st floor is even worse in terms of noise due to the poor flooring job. The apartment manager also robbed us for the security deposit claiming it was used to replace their cheap floors that had cracks when we moved in. Move in with caution you're probably better off looking for another apartment.

The resident manager, Nicole was exceptional!! I was all set and ready to move in prior to even arriving; coming all the way from Vegas!!! Great place to reside; I would recommend the Courtyards to anyone!!

I've been looking for a place to call my own for quite some time now. I was in no rush, so wanted to make sure I moved somewhere that was a perfect fit. After touring MANY places in the Springfield area, I finally found "home" at The Courtyards. The entire process was very easy to apply. Staff is friendly and helpful, and didn't mind the thousands of questions I asked along the way. They truly care about the people living here & that's reflected in the apartment itself too. Truly Beautiful!
