They are scheduled to close at 8, but I arrived at 7 and the employee locked the door as I arrived and said they were closed. Other people arrived also to find the door locked, but employee still inside.

Food is a little better than the usual Subway. But the staff are very nice patient I want to get it right the first time. Even when things out of their control like their water being shut off. They still give very good service.

Your employee Robert is very rude to Spanish speaking customers. He was speaking extremely rude and loud to them huffing and puffing when the spoke. He also made there order very aggressively so they knew he was disgusted with them slamming containers aggressively grabbing the items for their order. This was witnessed by another customer as well. He needs spoke anger management or don't work with the public.
