This is the best dunkin to go to if you want to be consistantly ignored, or late. And in a fairly patient person. Just Today 6/15/22 they were close to 2 hours late opening the main store. I left before actually seeing it open

I wish DD wouldn't have done away with the Strawberry coolata. 💔 It was easily one of the best drinks on the menu in my opinion. This new change to the menu feels like it's lacking options and what is left or added on is so plain. On the other hand this location had quick and good customer service. The restroom was clean. Only rating 2 starts due to the menu.

The wait inside for an ice coffee bagel and hasbrown was 20 min. There wasnt enough cream cheese to eat both sides of my bagel even though I asked for it on both sides...Good thing I left my house early this morning! I wouldve been better off in the drive thru.

So I pulled up to the drive thru and the employee made us wait for 10 mins then I ordered a HOT FRENCH VANILLA COFFEE CARAMEL SWIRLS 3/3 LIQUID SUGAR, we wait another 5 mins and now mind you I have been ordering this coffee for yrs and the employee tells me, "OK Hot Caramel coffee with Vanilla shots....right?"... I responded well it's French vanilla with caramel.swirl and can you believe this rude response... thats what I said pull up to the 2nd window and hands me a Regular coffee with 4 caramel.shots 4 vanilla shots and 2/2 granulated sugar and milk... I looked at the drive thru attendant and said this isn't wat I order and they said yes it is bye and slammed the window....so I would never go back to this dunkin... horrible service. Don't hire children that have nasty attitudes...I will tell everyone I kno not to stop at this dunkin HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
