Great hotel. 5 minutes from i-90 and there's a Starbucks a few buildings down. The property feels/is brand new. The front desk was friendly and helpful when we checked in. We had a great and quiet night sleep.

Water not turned on. Air Conditioning only working on high speed. Curved couch very difficult to sit in. Bring you own pillows if you don't like foam. $12 for scrambled eggs a bit overpriced. Be careful of the hard granola in the fruit cup. Not worth $178 per night.

My go to hotel when I come back home, nothing but what you would expect and that is exactly what I need when traveling. Room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and amazingly helpful. You will love this place.

Worst hotel experience in my life. I am willing to bet my last dollar the most of the 5 star reviews on this page are fake. Things they won't tell you before you book: Indoor pool has a 5 person limit (and time slots were booked our entire stay). Elevator out of service the entire stay. Thermostat out of service the entire stay. No microwave in the room. The hotel is dingy, it looks nice in their pictures but trust me, this place is like a renovated Super 8 that had lipstick thrown on the pig. Staff was rude from the beginning. They lied and said there were no rooms available for early check-in until other families from our group arrived with our kids and were making noise in the lobby. Then, magically, dozens of rooms opened up. After that, the guy at the front desk decided to make his own rule that kids weren't allowed to be in the hotel common areas without an adult. We were treated like prisoners by the staff the entire stay. Also, don't eat the breakfast. My son waited an hour for cold pancakes. When we told the worker that they forgot the bacon, he did apologize and return with his bare hand full of cold crumbled up bacon which I declined.
