The people who work here are kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I bought a fridge here years ago and have been dealing with ongoing problems with the ice maker. King and Bunny’s staff members are always willing to help solve the problems. I had a great experience here. My dishwasher went out and I want to stay away from the big box stores. I’ve heard I’d get better service and plus support a small local business so I stopped in and worked directly with Jason. He listened to what I needed and showed me multiple options. He ordered the dishwasher that best suited my needs and he didn’t even charge me until it arrived and was installed! He thought it’d be here at the end of May (global supply chain issues) but showed up 4 weeks earlier than expected. A tech came out and installed it and works great. Also they’ll handle the warranty work too! Just a great experience all around. I know I don’t have to look for a different appliance store. I’ll be going back to King and Bunny’s.

Feel free to come into the store. We ask that people to mask up as our employees are masked as well. We have hand sanitizer and masks at the door. As far as deliveries are concerned, the delivery personnel are masked, and gloved. We will wear booties if requested. We ask the customers to show us the location of placement and we ask the customer to go to another room. once we are finished, we will alert the customer that we are done.
