This location was so accommodating I felt compelled to write a review. My truck's window was broken the night before a flight so I showed up before they opened not expecting much. A guy in the shop saw me out front and asked if I needed help and when hearing my situation he brought me into the office before they were open. One of the managers made sure the person at the front desk took my keys and they would store my truck in the garage until the parts came. I would not expect this level of service but the fact they did this for me makes me want to come back. Not only did I make my flight that morning but they were able to help arrange for me to pick up my truck while they were closed on Sunday. Very thankful for everyone's effort at this shop.

If I could give zero stars I would! Terrible experience and not once but TWICE! I had an appointment on 7/13 to get my windshield replaced. I show up 3 hours after dropping the car off only to find out that no work had been done due to the Safelite Renton location ordering the wrong windshield. Of course they blamed it on me for giving the wrong VIN, which we went out to the car the VIN I entered when making the appointment was correct. Then they blamed it on my insurance or maybe it was my dealership. The receptionist says there are 3 matching windshields at their warehouse and could get them quickly and reschedules me for 7/15. Let me just say, the experience was exactly the same except that when I dropped off my car, I asked the gal at the front to please verify they have the correct equipment. She went out to the service area and came back saying "yep, you're all set". Almost an hour later, I get a call letting me know they had the wrong windshield...... AGAIN! How can this happen? Isn't this their business? I am so frustrated, and not only that, but not one Safelite personnel apologized for the inconvenience, for the service failure, wasting my time, having to miss work, etc. And funny story, there was another lady there on Friday 7/15 who had the same thing happen to her. Unbelievable. I will never return to this location and maybe Safelite in it's entirety. I had the same experience at the Puyallup location this week and needless to say, my 2022 RAV4 (only the most popular vehicle on the road) still has a crack in my windshield but Puyallup was nice enough to completely destroy my windshield to where I believe it is illegal to drive it in it's current condition. I now have an appointment with my dealership today because it looks like my front facing camera and it's functions are messed up since my windshield was taken off 3 times by Safelite because why would you verify you have the right replacement equipment BEFORE you remove the existing windshield? I have never, ever experienced such unprofessional, ill-equipped personnel in all of my vehicle repair experiences (20+ years). Do NOT use this facility. I am writing this review to save you.

I had an all day drop off scheduled. I still dropped off the car at 8am in the morning. I had requested - that I would need the vehicle by EOD. The receptionist said that they always complete the work the same day. Later in the day- I called the shop, but the number does not connect to them. Through web chat I was able to get a customer support number. The customer rep at around 3 pm updated me that the shop has not even started on my car. I asked her to see if they can still deliver me the car today. To that she checked and said they promise to give me the car by 6 - 6:30 pm (note- it’s after shop closing time) At 6 pm, I still have no status update. Shop is closed. Call the CS team again, they too are unable to get through to the shop. So basically all that fast service, everything online and service guarantee is all BS. They could not honor my simple ask to service my car in the day. Now I am left with nothing but wait for them to open up tomorrow and give me a call. Hoping they call me to tell that work is complete.
