I can't say enough good things about Renewal by Andersen of Seattle. From beginning to end it was superior service. From Sales, to Betty my PM to the crew that came to my house - Lincoln L, Laie F, Eric M. They were so professional, the windows look amazing and I will end up getting my other sliding doors done by them. They aren't the cheapest, though I get why now. My windows were completely retrofitted and the insulation is superior to my previous vinyl windows. I love my 8 new windows! You won't go wrong with Renewal by Andersen.

Great team (Larry T & Sotame F) arrived with our new sliding patio door. They put up a plastic shield to block off the inside rooms while they worked. Disruption was at a minimum while they quickly & efficiently completed the work. Answered any questions I asked about the new door or materials, and ensured we knew all the new features. Fernando Guzman and Larry Tuia came out and replaced our enormous front windows and kitchen window. They were extremely conscientious and diligent. The workmanship exceeded our expectations. As we all know new windows are expensive. Fortunately I believe I got my money's worth.

We moved on October 19, 2021 to a 1972 log cabin and the windows were vinyl. We heat our home with wood and we could feel the cool air coming through the windows. We went through a lot of wood during the winter months and could hardly wait for our new windows to arrive. Our installers, Nate S. and Johnny G. arrived on May 9th (Monday morning) and they were simply very efficient, knowledgeable, and their quality of work was amazing. Nate said that he had never installed windows in a log cabin and he was very excited to accomplish this task. We were expecting 3 days to install the windows but due to their work ethic, they got done in 2 days. I told Nate that I haven't seen many adults work that hard and they were always friendly and so polite. Very refreshing! When they completed the job, our house was as if nothing had been done. We sure are happy with the windows, we can already tell the difference in the temperature in our house.
