I had an amazing experience with the Toyota of Renton on financing a new 2022 Toyota Camry XSE. Toni Blair was the sales associate I had the pleasure of working with. She has been amazing through this whole process answering any questions I had, and always would get back to me in a timely manner. We go to Toyota of Renton with our new 4Runner so that we can keep everything maintained by the dealer as much as possible. However, every time I go for an oil change. it takes at least 1.5 hours to complete the service. I called ahead of time to see what the wait time was and the receptionist told me there wasn't a line so I would be "in and out" which sounded great to me. At other oil change places, this means that it's done in about 15 minutes. When I actually arrived and checked in, I asked the attendant how long it would be and he said 1.5-2 hours is the minimum length of time. While the service has been good here, and everyone there is very friendly (which I definitely appreciate!), the wait time is really hard to add in to my day when other oil changes are so much faster. Also, other oil change providers vacuum the car which is a really nice added touch and would be great if Toyota of Renton did as well. I would expect better service at the dealer, but I enjoy the experience much more at other places. If we weren't somewhat required to come here for oil changes, I would go elsewhere. I hope they can speed up their service time to make it more manageable for such a frequent service.

My first car buying experience was a great one! Houston picked me up from the airport and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. Even came in on his day off to accommodate me. Excellent customer service and I highly recommend.

Yes, they have a very reasonably priced oil change option. They can also perform regular maintenance.
