Gustavo was so helpful! The check engine light in my car came on with a message about the coolant. Needless to say, I had no idea what that meant! Gustavo helped me check everything out, gave a solution, and sent me on my way. Obviously not every issue is so quickly handled, so be reasonable when visiting, but my experience was painless and less than 30 minutes. Something I really noticed was Gustavo’s commitment. After Gustavo checked the engine with the machine, which showed no issues, they could have simply ended it there. Instead, they went to the engine to look for themselves. To me this shows honesty and initiative and I fully believe Gustavo would have advised me to go to a full service mechanic shop if necessary. All of this is to say I had a great experience where I felt confident in the person helping me. Thanks Gustavo!!! (I will also add that I personally believe a pay raise is in order!)

I went in today due to a check engine light on, Justin helped me with their diagnostic instrument and found out it was the same part a dealership had just replaced. He was very helpful and knowledgeable! I would definitely go back with car issues. Thank you!

Sold me the wrong lug nut. If they didn't only go off what the computer says it would have been easily noticed. This lug nut is stoopid big

Christian the manager was awesome. The whole staff was super friendly and nice. They helped me find everything that I needed and were extremely patient. If I could give them 10 stars I would!
