Ordered online, the sign says to go in but the door is locked. Went through drive through, and they told me 10 more minutes. 30 minutes later and I’m still waiting. Never coming back again, plenty of other options that aren’t so inconvenient.

Waited at the drive-thru for 3 minutes and no one answered. Drove up to window and the lady told me I would have to drive through again to get served. Unacceptable. Poor resolution to their technology malfunction. We left. Took our business next door to Chick-fil-A

Spent $39 on a 12 peice family meal today and it is absolute garbage. Everything and I mean everything is terrible. Chicken, potatoes, Mac n cheese and the biscuits all went into the garbage. If I didn't live a half hour away, I would've gone back. Do not waste your money or your time going there. I never leave reviews about restaurants this, I used to own a restaurant and I know how difficult it is to run one and because I know, with my experience I recommend that everyone responsible for prepping and cooking the food should be fired along with management. It's obvious no one cares about the customers. They should be ashamed of themselves charging people hard earned money for garbage they're trying to pass off as food.Don't waste your time here

Order LG mash and gravy with a LG Mac n cheese and when I get home there's no gravy in the bag. Seriously, you guys want $15 per hour and can't even get an order that simple correct!!!! When someone pays the prices that this food is they expect fresh food, not Mac n cheese that's old. Done with this place.

They have a in store phone and corporate office says they can't make franchisees to answer phones ! Daughter received the Bonus of a box cutter razor blade in her order of steak fries but since she's worked there previously she only told the manager about it but she said they keep the extra blades above the deep fryers ! I'm never going back there
