If I could leave 0 I would. I stopped here randomly to grab a snack for my kiddo and I. I got her the snack bacon, Everything was fine until I went to give her a piece, it was fridge cold and floppy and looked raw NOT EVEN 2 MIN LATER. I can get room temp but fridge cold??? She’s 15 months old that could’ve been bad for her if I just gave her the little bag and didn’t check. Then I tried calling them because I’m frustrated and it seemed like they picked the phone up and set it down so it would stop ringing. Then I called again and it was making the ear piercing start up noise of old internet on older computers. Absolutely ridiculous.

This is the best Dunkin in Syracuse/Central Ny. Only thing is they don't make the donuts fresh at this location, they are delivered to them.

Most of the morning guys are amazing, I don’t think Naomi should be on the drive thru in the morning rush the wait when she does is absolutely ridiculous, the Chinese girl is absolutely rude never friendly and constant attitude. Tony is absolutely amazing and always friendly..

We frequent this store at least 3 times a week. usually early afternoons Tony greets my wife! & I at drive thru with energy & clarity! The ofder is always on point and very efficient makes a fantastic pumpkin cold Bfew!!!!/
