The customer service here is awesome!! They explained all of the work that was done on the car and didn't charge me for diagnostic work that they did on the car since they couldn't find the problem with it, but it wasn't their fault because everything is hidden and sealed in my car. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the prices are excellent, way lower than their competitors. Thank you, Mavis Discount Tire. I will be back again and again!!

Always went to North Syracuse location. Went to Cicero this time. Overbooking. Taking walk ins over scheduled appointments. No communication from staff about delays. When you call about your vehicle they tell you it will be done at a certain time and you get there and they haven't touched it yet. No apology just an oh well. And to top it off get an email 2 days later that I missed my appointment. Go somewhere else.

You would think that a place known to do brakes could do a brake job and inspection for the $1000 they charged me. When I got the car, had to go back to get the inspection sticker because they forgot to put in on the car. Super inconvenience when you work full time! Definitely will not be going back to this location. When I got the car, my car was making a loud clicking noise, and scraping. When I called in, they said I had to drop it off. I dropped it off in the morning, and then picked it up a few hours later. The noise was worst!!!! The people that work there clearly don’t know what their doing and the inconvenience is unacceptable. I brought my car to the Mavis in North Syracuse because I don’t trust the people in Cicero. They said that the pins and parts were upside down. This is after bringing my car to the Cicero location twice to figure it out. When they handed me the car at the Cicero location, didn’t apologize for having to come back 3 times or tell me what they did to fix it. Just handed me the keys and that was it. Terrible customer service!
