I have been a loyal cardholder for many years and I have not experienced such blatant disrespect at a Marshalls location. I think her name was Ann— she kept following me around the store and was not letting me shop in peace. I am canceling my card after this interaction. I am so disappointed in this establishment.

I could move in and browse for a week and still be surprised. For such a fast moving store the clientele is so friendly, it is a fun place to stop and chat and everyone tries to let everyone else go ahead of them in the checkout line. This store makes people happy. New finds every trip. Great seasonal finds. The checkout system should be adopted at every retail store because the next customer is immediately informed of the next open cashier so no waiting. The cashiers wrap your purchases with care and bag them without asking. Cashiers are pleasant and work there longterm without the turnover I see elsewhere.

Cashiers are super friendly. But their choices are not of things that I would go for. And they cater to the younger people. Like their housewares dept.

Marshalls is great, they have designer items at normal prices. I'm not a big name brand person but can get the quality at an affordable price also at TJMaxx.
