This PriceChopper is bigger and has a different layout. It is also cleaner and neater. Has actual prices on the items quite often when in displays, this helps to avoid surprises at the registers. The cashier was very nice and polite, she greeted you when you walked in and she was busy cleaning the register area. The store closes at 12:00AM daily until further notice due to restrictions for Covid. Just went in for 1 item and spent $50. Didn't have time for pictures tonight.

Every produce is fresh! They have a good assortment. Shelves are well stocked.

First of all I want to compliment Jean F. in the deli. She was working alone with 5-6 people in line. I listened to her ask others for help and they ignored her. They didnt even respond. It took over 15 minutes for a single item from the deli. If I were shopping for myself, I would have skipped it. However, I'm an instacart shopper so I'm compelled. It took so long that I lost pay for the batch. Upon speaking with the Store Manager, John, he was completely useless and ineffective as a leader. If I were the district manager I would demote John, if not fire him entirely. I dont know if he drinks or just isnt held to any standard. Good people need good jobs and he's taking up a spot. Fire him tomorrow, I'll take his job. He's leaving his people to struggle in the weeds because of his inability to organize his team. Get rid of the dead weight, and get some one in there who cares about their team. John isn't it.

The best Price Chopper ever, nice meat and poultry. Clean, very well organized, smells clean. I can't say the same about the two in Syracuse, which I don't go.
