Terrible place. Had an appointment for notary here and the bank closes during the snow without any notification. Had to make it through the snow just to find out that they are closed. Didn’t bothered to update their Google page or phone line….. is it normal that their vault is wide open?

Good location recently renovated, but they have way too few tellers for the people standing in line. The line for the atm is usually shorter, but some people need specifically a teller. I find this to be disrespectful to their customers.

Came in gear to make a simple deposit. Only one (1) banker was serving our ENTIRE line of 30 customers. Do the math, an average of two min per person means I was here for 1 hour. I watched an entire episode of Breaking Bad in the line lolol
