This Is worth bank ever!!! stay away from this branch i as a gold customer came to withdraw money and asked to exchange it for new 100$ bills and they refused me.

Was looking to open an account here, but there was no one here to help me so I crossed over to chase bank and they helped me right away. Chase has better customer service and they are more professional.

I had a terrible experience at this branch today. Came with a simple request, but Boris - the manager, had to approve the transaction and he was very unprofessional. He left me alone with the representative on the phone and didn't want to listen to me. Then he just left and told me to schedule an appointment and come back. Unacceptable way of handling customers!
