So on Friday 08/06 my brother opened a business account with Mr Kern , and he gave him temporary log or password for online banking on piece of paper with out explaining him if it’s user name or password. I went today 08/08 with all paperwork and that Mr Kern provided when my brother open the account , Ms Polin was assisting me I am not listed on his business account but I am listed on his personal account I understand there is privacy policy but Ms POLIN didn’t even checked or anything to try to help just send me away , I explained to her that my brother is not here at the moment I said I can call him in front of her like FaceTime and he can give you his approval but she wasn’t help-full at all she told me she can’t do anything , just let him call , of course he can call but in the beginning why when the account was opened they didn’t explain normally , why do we have to waist our time ,very unprofessional and careless stuff.

Beware! They make mistakes charging fees, then refuse to return them. They made a mistake when they set up my mothers accounts. They didn't link her checking and savings, this resulted in over $700. in fees in over 2 years. The Customer service reps who we called and their managers all admit this was a mistake made by this branch. They said this branch should reimburse the fees. The managers at the shore road branch Stacy A Masciarelli and Jinquan Zhen refused to reimburse her. I'm now in the process of filing a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the Better business bureau, etc. and going to small claims court. If you are unable to check your accounts daily or are elderly and disabled, out of the country, or otherwise not planning to check the account every day, this is not the bank for you. They will steal your money and call it "maintenance fees" even though they tell you when you open the account that there won't be any fees. And don't sign up for paperless billing!!!

I love this branch. The branch manager, Mr. Thurston, really cares about his patrons and makes it a point to help where he can. He along with Tema made my experience a positive one by making sure my needs were taken care of. It is clear that they care to go above and beyond for their clients.

Simple savings believe has to have a minimum of $300 to open and not incur any fees if it drops below the $300. Depends on what type of savings they each have their own threshold.
