DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEMS ON CLEARANCE, DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEMS ON CLEARANCE!!! They do not disclose that all items on clearance are broken. I just purchased a sofa and love seat on clearance, the wooden frame is falling out of the sofa, I called 2 times to have it looked at. They finally came out and took pictures and promised to follow-up. 3 weeks passed and I had to call to find out what was going on just to be told it was a clearance item and as is....why was I not informed that I was buying broken furniture?? It feels like I was ripped off to make a sale! I do not recommend buying anything from this store.

Worse experience and worse customer service Adrian was not very helpful he should get fire from this company!!! He could have been a little bit more professional when a customer ask questions not saying if you have a problems with it then leave and go to another place and throw you your ID back at you and walked away.

I agree with another review I've read... they over charge your payments. I've had a bed for the past 11 months and every payment has been different from the next they had been charged me some kinda fee which was an extra 10.99 for who knows what I never agreed to whatever they said it was for. I'm set up on autopay and everytime they've taken out more than what they are supposed to. (IVE NEVER GOTTEN THAT MONEY BACK EITHER) They also do not send you receipts apparently it's not their "POLICY" to mail receipts. I've never known of any business not able to give you a receipt for what you paid for with your money. Unless they are doing shady things at this place. I've called twice about same issue never have I been able to speak to a manager or someone who can explain why I can't get a receipts or explanation of the over charges.
