Charles definitely didn’t disappoint with the high energy and personal service at Hinshaw’s Honda! Due to my busy schedule and hesitation on buying a new vehicle, the white passport trailsport sold the morning I came in to test drive it. But, Charles had a back up, he introduced me to the passport Elite that carried 13 more features and nice 22in wheels. Super happy with my purchase and couldn’t thank Charles enough for the constant communication throughout the process. Also, thank you to Nichole for validating my purchase in the finance office!

I came by after hours to drop my car off for service the following day. When I arrived, I was surprised to see someone still working. He came by my car and offered to drive it to the back lot to keep my car safe, rather than leave it in front. Carter then took the time to process paperwork and got it all set up for the next day! That is outstanding customer service! Helping someone after hours to ensure their automobile stays safe overnight. Carter went above and beyond in customer service!! Thank you!

I highly recommend Hinshaw's Honda in Auburn. The entire staff was extremely friendly and you can tell they really want you to be happy with your purchase. My salesman truly went above and beyond to get me into a car that would give me peace of mind. I explained that I wanted a car with enough room for my daughter and I but that I had also been in a pretty ugly wreck. Adonis Fletcher made safety a priority in the cars we checked out and was extremely helpful in going through every car I showed interest in. He really took his time to go over my concerns with each vehicle until we (it was him really) found the perfect one. Since getting home with my car the staff has continued to reach out to make sure everything's going well, which it absolutely is, and I have thoroughly enjoyed/appreciated the process. Huge thanks to Hinshaw's Honda and extra thanks to Adonis for helping me get into a car I'm proud to drive!!
