I visited this location this past Sunday 7/31 and can I say that the Rep at the counter Vicky Thompson was AMAZING.! She was so nice and courteous and she went the extra mile not just for me I observed her with other customers as well and she kept a smile on her face. We all know that EXCELLENT Customer Service is hard to come by these days but she was everything! They were pretty busy but she assisted multiple customers at one time making sure all of our needs and concerns were met. I have a kind of small car and had to get some larger boxes and I wasn’t sure if they would fit she offered to help me and we got all those bad boys in the car like magic. Uhaul she needs to be a trainer for all your new hires because honestly a lot of your reps are rude and disengaged heck make her a MANAGER you all have a true DIAMOND in her she’s a Rock Star!!!

Manager is so disrespectful and so angry that when he was talking to me his gestures were like he will hit something all i did was I just asked a question. I really was scared standing next to him I felt threatened and so scared 😱 I never seen professional managers getting angry like this. He said he will make sure he will charge me accordingly and gave me that look with full of anger now am scared he will make things up may charge me more. God this is how morning started. All our family and friends go at this location from now on I can wait or go far but not at this location ever. I even saw he was treating the other lady very rude it showed raccisiam against her clearly showed the way he was talking and behaving to her as I was thinking she herself said to him then he got mad at her. Poor lady was in tears. Why management not doing anything I saw other reviews also regarding this Manager. What is management waiting for. Thanks!!!!I have no option otherwise I would give zero star. Just cuz of 1 manager here. God never seen this much rudeness as the professin. He has no control on anger. Good luck!!! I was really scared

I have had many issues accessing my unit, as management of this facility allows homeless people to live on the premises. Two separate vehicles were parked in front of the access doors of the unload dock. Blocking Access to those of us who actually pay for a unit!

I have had nothing but a string of unfortunate events take place since I decided to move all my belongings to this storage facility. Let me start by saying that when I originally chose this place it was because I worked nights and slept during the day and by the time I woke up it wasn't too long before I had to be to work again,so... this place at the time had 24 hour access for a small added on fee and that was exactly what I needed and that alone made my decision easy. Everything was fine the first few months and then I got robbed at gunpoint one late-night and got thru that alive. Next, I was held on the premises by trucks that blocked the entrance and exit only to find put I was being accused of a crime I still don't know about and when police arrived and told me to wait a minute and them came back out and said "sorry about that we thought you were someone else" and then showed me a picture of a white female with flaming red hair who looked nothing like me whatsoever...I was offended! Then, after that my entire purse was stolen from my car because I stupidly left it in there (I take responsibility for that) but they refused to show me the video footage even after I made a police report.....the list goes on....and they are no longer 24 hours and close at 7pm which is way to damn early! This place has been a huge disappointment 😒
