low on staff wait time 15 minutes in the drive thru line also bad customer service on top of it all they only have 2 people working. also I noticed that on the front door there is no sign saying that the lobby is closed. You guys need to fix this ASAP because this is not the proper way to manage or run a business

The lady that works here has the worse attitude and does not want to help any customers, I came in at 9:30 because they close at 10 but she refused to serve me and had a nasty attitude. Previous employees use to be great but new ones treat customers poorly

Woman cut us off when we were about to finish our order, would not let us add anything at the window. And would not listen to us neither would the manager. Soda was gross and whopper was barely warm. The woman looked like a big white woman she was really rude. Hope you guys find a better team member than her.

They are rude no matter what. Its fast food. They dont give to craps about customers. Especially the drive thru. There was at least one person who was nice but the rest.... rude as hell

Ladies and families. I would never go to the Burger King on 320 Auburn Way South Auburn Washington. The manager there on today 7/28/18 would not have anything to do with us confronting her on an issue with a customer taking pictures of women from behind. There was a cashier also as a witness. Totally uncalled for!!!!
