We are preparing to embark on a cross country trip and took the car in for an overall check. We knew the AC needed recharged and thought the breaks may need replaced. They had the car for about 4 hours and came back letting us know the only thing necessary was the AC recharge. These guys could have been dishonest and come up with a list of things to make more money, but they did not. Highly recommend!

Tesla's time ..... or time for ELECTRIC CARS AND DIRECT SALES. Z 2004 I tried to buy my current car via internet to avoid dealing with male dominated industry and their horrible reputation on how women are treated. Overcharged on deals!! And then after buying the car. Repairs from several mechanical shops have been a source of anxiety and despair. From what I have learned, you can buy Teslar from the company directly They also send you any needed updates. My regular mechanic/ shop owner retired during covid. I ended up at this shop. First, I couldn't get information, I had to drive there. Then I made appointment for a few days later. My car failed completely & I had to get towed there. Repairs cost $5k+. 4 months later service engine soon lights came on again. Although I was told I wouldn't any repairs for while or 60k miles. I called the shop, could barely get appoint, was given one option take it or leave it. When I took it, as requested to have it there the whole day from 7am to 5pm. I got no call back. 4:30pm I called. I was told I will get a call. 5:20pm after shop was closed I got a call to pick my car up that evening or pick the next day because they dont have time to work on my car or check what repairs ir needef. The reason! They had other car or cars that needed more extensive repair. I was told they will call me in future when they have time since during this second visit my car didnt need as much extensive repair as the first time. I COULD NOT BELIEVE YOUR CAR GETS REPAIRED BASED ON HOW MUCH $$$ YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE TO PAY VS FIRST COME FIRST SERVE EVERYTHING ELSE BEING EQUAL. I am glad time has come for us to options to avoid these two nightmares!! I definitely would not feel comfortable going back or referring anyone there.

Warning lights came on on my car’s panel. Greg got me in the next day and they worked on my car even after closing. I was so grateful to have my car back for the weekend. They’re always knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this shop.

I was very pleased with the care taken to explain what my car needed. While servicing my brakes, they discovered a worn belt and a picture was taken to show the wear on the belt needing replacement. Very courteous and thorough communication and service. Would definitely recommend them! Also asked if they work on all types of cars (for my family) and the answer is YES!
