Took 1.5 hours vs 2 hours quoted, staff were friendly. I noticed after leaving that there were smudge marks and finger prints all over the inside of the windshield glass which I would expect to be clean otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Simple paper towel and windex taking 5 minutes solved the issue.

Had an appointment last week and I arrive for them to tell me they need to reschedule. I rescheduled for today and moved my work schedule around to make it work and I arrive and again they need to reschedule. They tried calling me 30 minutes before my appointment, but I missed the call because I was driving there. I understand staffing struggles, but stop making appointments you can’t keep. As many reviews seem to say, they don’t respect your time and they clearly don’t have the staff to perform the appointments they’re booking.

I understand that most of their appointment scheduling is online, but I can't seem to get a phone number to anyone that will actually answer. I've emailed them twice and have heard nothing for almost 2 weeks. I had them install a new front windshield and the rain sensor wasn't install properly and so it didn't work. They repaired it once, but it's still not working...and the device just dangles from my front windshield. This time when I used their online system to schedule another repair for the rain sensor, it would not let me, and requested I send an email to their customer care. If you have issues, it's really difficult to interface with anyone.

Came out and wouldn't replace window due to some paint flaking around the window gasket. The next company did the work for half the price, with a much quicker schedule. Not worth waiting on. Do appreciate the guys not doing the work, and saving me a few hundred bucks. Buyer beware.
