You can occasionally find and buy something nice here, but do not attempt to sell. Better off donating and feeling good about yourself. Not only do they reject most of the items brought in (I am literally talking Diesel brand with tags), but what they offer for those items that go through their laughable selection process is even more laughable.

My daughter found this place on Instagram, so we decided to give it a look. It was great. We found so many items for such great prices. I definitely spent more than I planned (we grabbed so many clothes and accessories without hesitation), but totally worth it!!! My daughter's new favorite place to shop

Took in a bag of clothes and they didn't want any of it. All from Forever 21, Nordstoms, Garage and Zara. Seeing all the garbage on their clothing racks makes me want to go back and pull all the stuff I don't like to the floor. See how they would like it. This store is useless. Took the same bag to another consignment shop, in Edmonds and they took my entire bag and gave a gift card for $120 to their store. Eeeffff you platos.

The store is great and the employees and generally nice overall. They don’t typically have the friendly customer service you’d expect, but it’s okay, I understand how it can be. However, there is one male employee there who is rude. He doesn’t greet people, he just stares at you until you say something. I sold my clothes today and he didn’t greet me at all. Once I said, “hello!” I didn’t get a response. He just started the process and told me what I had to do. When I told him the connection and service was kinda slow so the link they sent me wouldn’t load, he just stared. Again. I understand having off days and being in a bad mood, customer service isn’t easy, but this isn’t the first time I’ve been in contact with him and he’s been very stand offish. I typically don’t leave reviews at places even when I’ve had bad experiences, but he really needs to work on his people skills otherwise he shouldn’t be working in customer service. Especially with someone who has social anxiety, it is a lot for me to even ask for help or talk to people. so when I take those steps and I’m met with rudeness, it makes me not want to step out of my comfort zone and get the help I need when I have questions. Love this store though and the rest of the employees are nice

Hey Crystal, I'm one of the managers at the Lynnwood store. Thank you for the question. Plato's closet is a store that buys specifically for the upcoming season and last years season. We don't buy things based off the brand that is on them but if they are in good condition and been the most popular styles for our age group (13-24) and moat popular styles selling for us
