Pizza was delicious however understaffed. We had to ask 3x for lettuce. 2x for napkins. The lettuce was old. When we asked for forks the server washed 2 by hand and handed them to us wet Had to ask for drinks twice. We probably won't return

Pizza Hut is not my most preferred place for ordering out for pizza, but this location is extremely accommodating. This set up could also work while vacationing. As far as Pizzerias, which I also prefer to dining in, there are a few places I go to for pizza. That would be Original Italian Pizza, Utica Pizza Co & Dominos. I have shopped around for specialty pizzas, but this Pizza Hut offers more variety and options than anywhere I've visited locally. My impression of this location is a Takeout Diner similar to the Utica Pizza Co, although the Utica Pizza Co is a more traditional Italian menu. Many people have already expirenced the Pizza Hut menu, but the difference of this location is the access for takeout or delivery. I've been to their traditionally recognized restaurants, and they are fine if you want to dine, or take advantage of the all you can eat pizza & salad bar. I am more interested in getting my order at a location where access is not a problem, and Pizza Hut may have found a way to offer both options to there patronage. You'll also won't have to shop around for pizza & wing deals, because they meet the expectations of most of their competitors deals. I would say they fall short of offering a higher variety on chicken wings, so I'm still shopping around for that, but why go to Pizza Hut for Chicken Wings?

I remember going to pizza hut when I was a kid and the place was packed all of the time. Now every time I go I am the only one there! Maybe I go at the wrong time but I do enjoy theory pizza from time to time. I think in order to be more competitive they need to lower their prices a little. Not too many people want to pay the same price or more for fast food pizza as they would a local pizzeria. They really need to go back to the lunch buffet. Give people some type of value for their money. This particular location has excellent staff. Very attentive, nice, and goes out of their way to help you. BTW, pizza hut in Medellin, Colombia is one of the best pizzas in a city of over 3 million people. If ypu like pizza and are from NY like me a d spend any amount of time their ypu will be extremely grateful for pizza hut!!!!!

Food was decent but after being told my food was almost ready and would be brought out to me I waited almost 30 minutes then had to go back inside to get my order. Don't tell me you'll bring it right out if you aren't going to bring it out at all. We have issues every time we order from this place. Not likely to go back at this point.
