So, so disappointed. I was excited to see a Bass store still open but when I got there the only Bass items were a small selection of shoes. All the clothing was DKNY. Don't waste your time coming here if you're looking for Bass clothing.

Great assistance from the staff came in handy when I could not find a specific product. I was staying down the road so they promised to call when they had the product I needed in hand. Later that evening they called and the next morning I stopped by and picked up the item.

Store personnel there are VERY helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service there at all times. Always stop in when I am in beautiful Lake Placid. Great place to shop for bargains.

Went to the Lake Placid NY store, the prices were awesome, the quality of the clothing is good, the customer service was the best out of any retail store we've been in, found many great deals, definitely we will return.
