Great little place. Service was very good. Food was very good. To be honest it surprised me. Pasta sauce was excellent. Clam chowder had a great taste with a good amount of clams. Side salad was much more than you'd normally get. The taste of all food was excellent. Definitely recommended.

My wife and I came in (we are spending a weekend here, we are from Queens) as everything else in town closes so early. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was awesome! Service was great! Hope to be back soon !! Recommend to anyone in town!

It started raining, and the place got packed so we had to wait a bit to get in. But it was totally worth it. The best meal that we had in Lake Placid over 4 days. Both seafood Tuscan combo pasta and the stuffed soul were excellent. The champagne that we wanted wasn't available, but the excellent waiter Mia - found another great Champagne in the cellar - that was even better. A bistro that is not fancy on the inside - but excellent cooking and service.

I have worked as a food and wine Photographer for over 18 years. I came to Lake Placid with my family on vacation and didn’t have any expectations a food being the great. After walking on main street and walking by a barbecue smoke pit. I have the overwhelming since to yak from the smell. I walked a little farther towards the Luna restaurant. Place wasn’t overly packed and seemed very quaint to visit. A gentleman greeted us and set us down and I found his conversation very interesting. He’s from Yugoslavia and we talked about the culture and the food there. We ordered our meal and sat down and visit with each other waiting for a meal. Getting served seem like I was waiting for my plane from China, but the weight was worth every minute. The steak was great and not overly seasoned to kill the flavor than meat. The bruschetta was very good because the rich taste of the balsamic vinaigrette. Overall I would give us place a great review because of the food and the hospitality that they showed. Only thing I would change is if you were the wines on the list, because they’re a palling. So if you ever get a chance to visit the Luna restaurant, you’ll be completely satisfied end know you’re getting a good meal. Thank you for the great experience.
