There is rats everywhere. I saw two dead ones 30min before typing this. I feel sorry for the lower level tenants. During the warm months the smell of rats is overwhelming. The garbage is always overflowing. There is litter everywhere except for the buildings close to the curb before the leasing office. They don’t care about the state of the apartments up on the hill (close to the school). Parking is a mess and “guest” spots are always full. Spare your dignity and don’t rent here.

Worst place ever!!, water pressure so bad you can't even take a shower if someone in the building is using water in their unit. Don't even try to flush the toilet if you have dishwasher running or wash machine filling.... Lived there 2 months so far and had to constantly ask when work order will be completed. Had to talk to property management company to get anything to happen, but then another week goes by and I have to ask again... Careful taking trash out at night, make sure you watch out for the huge rats that run around at night eating the trash that the crow's made a mess of during the day. Don't rent here or you'll regret it..... Sure wish I didn't, definitely won't resign lease.

The DIRTIEST apartment complex i have ever seen. There are huge rats that are not only infested in the garbage cans but in the rock walls by peoples patios and cars. The rats actually got into my car and chewed through wiring. The management is constantly driving around giving eviction notices because of the CONSTANTlLY high rising rent rate, but will not be seen anywhere near the rats, over piling garbage bins, or helping the tenants who can never find parking because of how terribly run this place is. The old management team left this complex for a very good reason, i recommend following their lead
