I had a lot of bags of clothing to donate. Called and spoke with Bonnie. She’s the absolute bees knees. Friendly, courteous and it would seem she’s smiling on the phone with me. You guys need more ppl like Bonnie, because another lady, Chris, took my donation and she was very condescending. We don’t donate trash because we are black. I drove the Carolla because all the bags couldn’t hold in the Mercedez. Simple .
