Visited a family member this weekend and was surprised to see they had a pressure washing company doing the buildings on Easter Sunday. Paint chips were everywhere and people couldn't open their balcony doors to enjoy the beautiful day because they were pressure washing. Could have picked another day to get that work done. Sad.

Very Quiet and well-kept apartment homes in Federal Way! Office staff is always willing to help when needed, and Maintenace does a great job with getting things fixed on-time. Would highly recommend!

Apartments made in 1988 I have one dryer that is still from that day and then one brand new 2016 washer my neighbor had a water leak coming from the ceiling I'm on the ground floor there was a another water leak in a different building that was when I was first moving into this and now I have a water leak under my bathroom sink. You will have to pay $7 per month for property liability coverage that does not cover any of your personal items in the apartment. So when apartment starts flooding best of luck, if it's real bad they will just send you to a whole different complex like they did my neighbors. They didn't take one second to redo caulking or even think about painting some of the rust on metal appliances. Also your water is divided between the whole building so if you're always working you will be paying for other people's water. When I asked Jennifer the manager in the office if I could call the water company to make sure that these apartment complexes are not ripping me off she told me "only if I get a written statement from my lawyer demanding it" ..... Thanks jenifer , by the way you also included in my apartment lease contract false information about the name and address of the owners or representative for notice and process purposes, and how do I know that it is not her address that she put??? because I went and I asked her and she told me she does not live there anymore if you do not live there you can't put that address that's common sense. That is putting false information in a legal document I guess that would make this a legal issue now right???where's my lawyer at...

We lived here for 3 years. We moved 6 months ago.... I miss it! I recognize a few other reviews on here. For the most part we enjoyed our time there. The staff were always nice and helpful to us. Maintenance guys could literally fix anything. Todd was in our place a couple times and was always nice. Someone did get in our car once and stole change. We think we left it unlocked. The grounds were kept very nice for the most part. The time I was entertained was when a bunch of police came late at night looking for a guy named Gary. All of a sudden we hear... OK Gary we have you surrounded and we know you are in there, open the door. Eventually they got him. It was annoying after a while but amusing. Look it's an apartment... Could be better, could be worse. We never had issues there. Oh yeah the squrrils are VERY friendly. We lived in a bottom floor apt, had the slider open... Little squrril was getting his own nuts from a bag I had near the door. I gave the guy always feeding them a bad time. If you have seen him you know it we miss seeing him all of the time. Lived there 4th here years, saw him all the time... Never asked his name. Anyhow we loved the place. Just needed a bigger place because of Covid. Husband started to work from home and needed an office . If you want a nice place with a team that cares about you.... This is the place.
