I have used this company for 5 years and brought them business when I moved to another company. Heather M was fantastic to work with and the service was top notch! I am not sure if the company got bought out in the past year, but now the service is awful! They do not care if you are a returning customer and are not up front about their new hidden fees (even when asked about them and what they were for). They want to add an additional 25% to each order or a $350.00 online store fee. They closed our current store (without notice) and wanted to charge us again! I let them know that we would be taking our business elsewhere and I all I got was a generic response of "thank you for your business". Customer service is definitely dead in this company. Such a sad turn around in just 1 year.

Pacific Construction wants to give a big shout out to the fantastic crew over at Northwest Custom Apparel and especially to Ken! When we learned we were getting a new rep, I was not too thrilled that we would have to build a whole new relationship and the learning curve would take time that I did not have. NOT THE CASE! Ken came in like a rockstar and surprised everyone with his attention to detail and his positive attitude. Not only was there no “transition” period but we are happier then ever with the service and products Ken is providing. We will be sure to point anyone we can to Ken and his team. I drive past this business on my way to/from work each day. When I needed some printed shirts for work I gave them a call. The gal was very helpful and pleasant, emailed me some shirt options based on our conversation. We handled the rest by email and they had my shirts ready for pickup a week early! Excellent staff, product and service. Thank you!
