I cannot express any more then my sincerest gratitude for what the staff was able to do for me. It's way to much to put into writing here, but I get to have a roof over my son and I's head now, and they dealt with my constant pestering as well. From communication, to fixing up this new place for me so fast, to really everything you could think of, they excelled and went above and beyond what they had to just to help me. I feel incredibly blessed to live here because of their efforts.

Initially, it was very hard to get to the front desk, especially because there was no voicemail option available. However, when we got in contact with Tiffany, she was friendly, helpful and made the whole process easier. She responded via email very promptly, and helped us with any issues that arose in a kind and respectful way. We are looking forward to working with her in the future.

Surprise Lake Village is AMAZING. The staff is wonderful and work hard to make sure that living in this community is a joy. All issues are handled ASAP and you’re given wonderful customer service! The rent is definitely worth it especially with the updates and the apartment sizes. Grounds look phenomenal and maintenance is incredible and hard working. Maintenance requests are taken care of within a two day period with amazing customer service! The whole staff is so kind! Dee Dee, Madison and Tiffany are all wonderful and will make you feel at home immediately. There are a lot of updates going on so you can see some area look in transition which they are but that means UPDATES!!! 😄 This is a great place to live in the Milton/Edgewood area! I never want to leave!

Tiffany, Madison, and Deedee are the absolute best ladies to interact with! They are prompt, polite, caring, sincere, and authentic - they go above and beyond to answer questions, provide quick access to maintenance, and they really put positive energy into growing the community as a whole :) The maintenance guys are prompt and helpful, knowledgable and courteous. The grounds are consistently being improved and there isn't a better place than a private lake with no motorized vehicles to learn to paddleboard and take in the beautiful serene slice of nature I get to call home!
