We purchased our 2nd Airstream through Airstream Adventures. Because of the current market we waited almost a year for our new unit. Our salesman, Danny, kept us updated the entire time as to its status in production. Danny was always available and helpful. At delivery, we had 2 Austins helping us. First Austin provided us with a familiarization to our unit. He is a very pleasant and friendly guy. Second Austin provided cheerful support while I installed our hitch. Thank you all for letting me do that in the shop. We appreciate that Carrie in finance took the time to find the best financing deal available. In all, it was another great experience with Airstream Adventures!

My name is Mike Long. I purchased my second airstream trailer in September 2021. We have been working with Lisa as our service advisor. From our very first experience Lisa has gone above and beyond. Two weeks ago we prepared for our first camping trip. When I dewinterized my trailer the water pump was not working. Fortunately we were camping in an area where I was going to be connected to city water so I didn’t need the water pump. When I reached out to Lisa she walked out to the shop and connected me with Kevin the shop foreman on the phone to help me troubleshoot. After attempting his suggestions unfortunately I was unable to fix the problem. When I called Lisa back to let her know we were going to be Boondocking in two weeks and I really needed the water pump to be working Lisa squeezed me onto the schedule to see if she could help. When I arrived Saturday morning at 8:45 Kevin the shop foreman came out to my trailer diagnosed the problem and replace the water pump right then and there. This type of customer service is hard to come by these days. Kudos to Lisa and Kevin, the dynamic duo, for saving the day. Sincerely Mike and Liz Long

I have been given a serious “runaround “ regarding receiving my plates and title. When I handed them the cashiers check, they said it would be just two weeks. Seven weeks later, my temporary has expired and I still have no plates or title. They blame it on the previous owner not signing. I don’t believe that since they should not do a consignment sale without a signed title.

Took my airstream to be de-winterized and left for a road trip right after. Hot water heater wouldn’t work. Had to call them 3 days in a row before they would call back or answer. Couldn’t help over the phone had to have coachnet send someone to my camp spot states away. Turns out it wasn’t full de-winterized. Airstream Seattle should pay for the mistake and they refuse to return my calls. I have left 4 voicemails and called many times other than that and they will not call back. Terrible service and lack of responsibility for their mistake.

I recently bought a 2017 Airstream Interstate/Mercedes Sprinter. The drive/passenger windshield sun visors do not seem to detach on one side in order to shield the side window. Is this true or do I just not know how to detach them?

Hi Eric, Great question! Pull the clip from the windshield (front) edge toward you to release. If the latch is tight, try gently using a pen / screwdriver as leverage. If you still have trouble, please contact our Service Department and they'll be happy to walk you through this! Travel well, Seattle Airstream Adventures
