Glen the leasing manager is GREAT! Glen is always timely with his correspondence and genuinely cares about the needs of the residents. These apartments are a steady work in progress, the exterior may seem drab but the interior of the apartments are pleasantly surprising :) the neighborhood is quiet and houses many tenants who have stayed for years. Rent is affordable!

RIDICULOUSLY LOUD NEIGHBORS ALLLLLLL HOURS of the day & night, after several complaints to different office people (there's been at least 4 different people the last year I've lived here) no one ever responses to emails or complaints, $1,700+ rent you would think someone would do something besides raise rent more!! YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE(especially if you have children that need to sleep for school!)😡😡😡

If you think you might need a co-signer don’t bother applying to this place. Definitely do not pay for the co-signers credit check. I co-signed and I have excellent credit and an income far above their standard but grandson was denied. They knew this before taking the credit check for me to be guarantor. I’ve co signed many times over the years and have NEVER ran into this bull!!!!

Apparently the new owners are not going to fix the issue
No he will have you moved out to a different building cause that’s what he did to me. He stood there in the office as my neighbor threatened me and my fiancé with her loud music. and threatened me in front of Milton police saying she will shoot me with her gun. All for asking her daily to turn the volume down. We asked her to turn it down cause we could not sleep, talk to each other inside the apartment, hear our tv, and they stayed up till about 4am with it so loud What a horrible way to treat your residents.

This place was bad. I moved out, and will NEVER EVER EVEN THINK OF MOVING BACK. THEY NEED TO CLOSE THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX DOWN AND THEN TRASH IT ALL AND RE-BUILD IT. ITS A WASTE OF MONEY FOR EVERYONE. THIS PLACE IS GETTO !!!!

Yes but they are stacked and small At least for the 1bedroom floor plans. They are not secured in place and will bounce around with uneven loads
