The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean, the bathroom was very clean, the breakfast was decent, I enjoyed the waffles and yogurt. Overall, a very nice hotel and I would definitely stay there again in the future. I am rating this 5 stars for my experience.

Check-in was fast and friendly! Seriously good service. Felt welcome and taken care of, which was much needed after 8.5 hours on some of the worst roads I've every experienced. Beds are comfy, though the sheets have a bit of a perfume smell to them that I don't care for. Biggest issue is parking! They list on their website that they have RV/truck/bus parking, but when I arrived with my 15' U-Haul with my car on a trailer behind, I found no such thing! Actually wound up a bit stuck trying to find it in the dark, but thankfully the wonderful receptionist found another guest who was able to help me get out. They're 100% smoke free and smell it, which is great! And they happily accommodated my 3 cats for the night, though their website says 2 pet limit. Very much appreciate that flexibility!

It is good, staff is friendly and cool to talk too. The beds are pretty nice. Not any sketchy people hanging out around here. The rooms are nice and roomy. Nice grass area In the front for walking dog. The bad: one of the side doors is broken and won’t let you back in. You have to use a rock to prop it open. The coffee machine is broken but they do have another canister to get it out of. I have stayed in two rooms which one has a lot of noticeable water damage which they just painted over. When there was snow they barely scraped the sidewalk so people could walk. A lot of the times they didn’t do anything. Water was cold if there is alot of people so they probably need one more water heater of something like that. I don’t like how people don’t fix things when they are broken. They need to fix a few things that have obviously been broken for a long time but they don’t. Breakfast is a little weak but they do have waffles and yogurt so that’s ok.

Used covid as a reason not to have daily housekeeping, but was ok with having everyone serve themselves in a very tiny dining area. No masks or social distancing. Only place hand sanitizer was found was a small bottle at reception desk. More detail needs to be spent on cleaning the bathroom walls. Pool is indeed heated. However, the walk back to the room through the frozen lobby was horrible!!
