Disgusting hotel. You walk in and immediately smell cigarettes. My room had mystery fluids on the floor, no smoke detector or sprinkler - just wires, broken furniture, water trapped UNDERNEATH the floor of the dirty shower when I arrived (felt like stepping on a waterbed), a scraped up door, and a dirty toilet. Don’t expect regular hotel pillows, the ones on my bed looked and felt like they’d been someone’s personal pillows from years ago. Every door I’ve used sticks/doesn’t shut correctly, and there are doors in the hallway every 3-5 rooms making it feel very prison-like. There was strange activity outside/in nearby rooms all throughout the night. Someone else’s review mentioned that their ceiling leaked, and management replied that they have fixed that, but that is a lie. My coworker is staying in the room below me and her bathroom ceiling leaks when my shower is on.

Rooms were very comfortable, clean and convenient to the expressway. The front desk was very helpful and very kind. The complementary breakfast was well stocked with an assortment of baked goods, yogurts, diy waffles and drink options. Reasonably priced.

The outside was sketchy and I had to sit in my car and wait until this group of men were out of sight. Thankfully I was parked near the door, but it was just me and my son so I wasn't taking any chances. Check in was okay. The guy at the front desk was nice, but hard to understand. Our room was....not the greatest. It appeared that the floors weren't swept. The bathroom floor was very hairy. 🤢 The beds were surprisingly comfy. I thoroughly checked them, and did have to remove a couple long hairs. I'm assuming they were from the housekeepers own hair, as they were just laying on top. I hope anyway 🥴. The worst part was when I turned on the water in the shower. It was so yellow. I jumped back and turned it off. I tried again and let it run and it was fine, but what the heck? Also, heard lots of noise outside.

This place is gross! Coming into door smelled like smoke. Room smelled like a cheap air freshener. Bathroom had hair all over the place in addition to mold on the ceiling. I would have rather slept in my tent but my options were limited. 🤷🏽‍♂️ In addition, the decor looked like it was straight out of the 70s! Unbelievable. I'm embarrassed for them!
