I gave them 5 stars cause both my daughters wear glasses and the glasses came back perfect both times they had them made and My smallest daughter vision is real bad in one eye and the glasses improved her vision instantly when she got her exam and glasses…Thank you eyeworks for the superb job y’all have done.‼️‼️

I want to thank all who helped me get my new glasses, Dr mieg you did a fantastic job you listened to me not like i was crazy ,and you did my glasses, its the first ones i have ever just gone in picked up no adjustments and could see so clearly with out getting dizzy, I thank you all and would highly recommend you to anyone who ask me about you. A very thankful customer.Glasses picked up in no time didint even need to adjust them great job on both sides thank you This was my 2nd pair as great as the first no problem with vertigo im so happy again

I am the mom to Kimmy who left the latest review. We didn’t have an issue with short staff. We don’t have issues with Covid regulations. The problem stems from being told to go around the corner to look at lens. The lady was working with another customer but we didn’t interrupt her, we were simply looking at frames (not touching or trying on). We were yelled at! Exact words were ‘you two need to get out and sit in the lobby I will tell you when you can come in’. We took a seat kind of irritated at the tone and attitude behind it when we were told to go in there. Another older lady walked in and was treated the same way. Politeness goes a long ways. But I refuse to be yelled at and embarrassed in front of others when I’m a paying customer. Therefore we requested the prescription from the receptionist (who fully apologized and understood why we were leaving) and went elsewhere for the glasses. Again, we understand short staff issues. I had no complaints while sitting in the exam room 2 minutes short of an hour. I had no complaints waiting 5 months for an appointment. I sympathize for businesses right now with everything going on BUT I want to make it clear it was the way we were spoken to in a very loud manner (along with another customer) that prompted her review.

Staff in the store section are rude, the store will not even let you LOOK at options for glasses or let people come in to look at sunglasses or you will be told to sit down (even though they’re partially a glasses store.) Won’t even be bothered to order glasses from them at this point. Should’ve listened to the others saying not to come here because of the poor service.
