i went in for a simple braid down for a wig. they told me they didnt wash hair do when i came in washed they man handled my head and wanted to braid it with out detangling. i asked for a middle part for my braids which the rude woman probably didnt hear due to her yelling on the phone through the whole appointment because my braids are going diagonal. worst 45$ i ever spent

Yes we have a shampoo bowl. Most people wash their own hair before coming, so we rarely use it.
