I have been waiting a month for my trials. The receptionist lied to me from the beginning. She never offered an apology ay any point or any time I called. She placed me on hold for a long period of time waiting to speak to someone over her. She has zero customer service and really should not be in that position. My trials had to be ordered twice and I am still waiting. No one ever offered to expedite. Very poor ch stomer service. I liked the optometrist but she still offered very resolution to my issue. She offered to give my money back but that would mean I would have to do everything all over again. I am really disappointed and just want My contacts that I have been patient for. Walmart Vision Center only gave explanation but never went out of their way to help rectify.

I’ve been going to this doctor for about 7 years and it’s consistently been a terrible experience. The optometrist is always in a rush and never seems to care about the health of my eyes. I’ve never seen a photo of my eye like I have at other places. I’ve never been dilated here either. A few years back, one of my eyes were in excruciating pain and I told her and nothing was done. She completed my eye exam and just said that the same eye got worse. Nothing else. I’ve shadowed many different optometrists as it is my career interest, and she is never enthusiastic about explaining or being a bridge. The only reason I still come to the Walmart center is because it is more affordable than some of the private optometrists in the area.

I have been to many eye doctors and she is the 2nd eye doctor that has had patience and spent the time needed for my appointment. She didnt rush or try to move quickly to get to whoever was next. I appreciate the docs help and all the staff was very pleasant. I will continue to use their office as my permanent eye Dr. Thanks!
