Greg Phelps is the image of a Southern Gentleman. He was so helpful and patient with us throughout our transaction When we picked up our item he even shared the discount the company a given him with us on our purchase. We will be back as our needs demand. Thank you

Beautiful jewelry! I've taken mine here a few times to get it fixed. When they gave me a time line of it being done it was done when they said or before. They do amazing work.

I love to shop at this store. It has always been a great experience for me. I have been in other places but have always come back to this place. Great prices, service and jewelry.

Questions & Answers

I broke the face on my watch. Could you replace the face?

Hi Brenda, We so not have a watchmaker in the store. We change batteries and adjust watch bands only. We do all jewelry repair in house. I do not know of watchmaker in the area. You may have to send the watch off to be repaired. Most watchmakers will want to clean the movement and replace crystal due to shivers of glass being in watch and stopping it from operating properly. If you an find someone or send it off you will be at least $100 to repair. Thank you for checking with us.

Depending on exactly what type of chain and what needs to be done to repair it. Starts at $20, bring your chain in and we will give you an estimate of the repair.
